Description
Client Leads (CLs) serve as a throughline across all projects aligned to a particular PIE client. Their primary responsibility is client retention and renewal, and growth.

The goal of a Client Lead with PIE is to establish a 'homeroom'-type mentality for your respective cohort of packmates (PLs, Consultants, PCs, Membership Resources) ensuring PIE is our clients' most exceptional partner. The role entails account mapping and client strategy to guide project teams. CLs help inform succession planning for project teammates and ensure optimal resource allocation including membership resources, PC support, and client/project-specific incentive programs.

This role is reserved for Packmates with established client management experience and are designated as Director or Managing Director.
